"The Ivy League for Nxt Gen Creators" devoted to empowering , inspiring and  equipting the next generation of gifted and talented creators of color.

Nxt Gen Creators offers training, tools, mentorship, and exclusive access for young Black creatives from 6th grade to the collegiate level. Our mission is to help them refine business plans, launch businesses, develop technology, release products, build personal brands, and pursue creative careers within our community.


With access to our  Nxt Gen Creator Launch Labs, we offer a springboard to success in the competitive creative arts , tech and business industries.  As members journey through our programs, summits, and activations, we aim for a lasting impact, empowering them to not just dream, but actively achieve their goals, now!

  • Is there an Annual Fee for members?

    Yes, Upon acceptance into the program, there is a $375 annual membership fee. 

  • What ages does Nxt Gen Creators Serve?

    Nxt Gen Creators has uniquely designed programs for ages 11-18 year old creatives.

  • Are the Industry Professionals credible?

    Yes! The industry professionals selected to mentor and add value to the members are credible. All are vetted and required to have up-to-date certifications, industry experience, and a success track record to be accepted into  

  • How do I enroll in the Nxt Gen Creators program?

    To enroll, simply navigate to the enrollment page. Fill out the required information and submit your application. Our team will review your application and contact you with further instructions.

  • How does Nxt Gen Launch Labs work?

    Nxt Gen Launch Labs provides participants with resources, guidance, and support to launch their businesses, creative projects, or startups. This also includes access to funding opportunities!

  • How do i become a nxt gen mentor?

    Applications for Nxt Gen Creator Mentors open on April 15th, 2024, and will be available on the website under the Partner tab.

The problem we aim to solve

The statistics speak for themselves: less than 4% of animators are Black, and only 5% of respondents in the game development industry identify as Black. Furthermore, in the tech sector, Black individuals make up just 8% of employees, with an even smaller representation in executive positions.


Our vision is clear: to bridge this glaring diversity gap by providing a platform where aspiring Black creators can thrive and succeed. By offering elite mentorship, resources, and opportunities, we empower our community to not only enter these industries but to also rise to leadership roles and shape the future of ownerhsip and creativity. Join us in our mission to build a more inclusive and vibrant creative landscape for generations to come.
